Junior Church is the group that meets term time excluding the first Sunday of  the month, during the 10am  morning Service.  It caters for children up to 11  years old after which they have the opportunity to move to F ³.  The  group  meets in the Lavant Room at St Mary’s Church on 2 ^nd, 4^th & 5^th Sundays.  When  the main morning Service is  at St. Nicholas the group meets in the local  Primary school.  Preparation and teaching at these sessions which link  to the  Common Worship theme on each Sunday is undertaken by a dedicated,  enthusiastic and talented adult team.  Each session begins at 10am and  culminates in a walk back to church [in the case of the 3rd Sunday] to join the  congregation for the end of the service and a blessing which is an important part  of helping them realise they are  part of the whole Church.
